- AN EPIC APPOINTMENT Start with a simple step- schedule an initial consultation with us. We’ll visit your home to get to know you, your current space, and what needs to be reimagined. No request is too big, either. Thanks to our partnerships with top suppliers and craftsmen, anything you envision – from bespoke trim to intricately designed tiles – can be brought to life.
- PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE & BUDGET REVIEW Based on our initial visit, we will put together a preliminary estimate of the project so you can decide if it works with your budget.
- ASSEMBLING YOUR TEAM After carefully analyzing various factors unique to you and your project, like scale, timeline, preferences, and personality, we match your project with our team of pros who can expertly bring your project to life. Our extensive network of top-notch architects, designers, craftsmen, and suppliers covers a wide range of styles and specialties, so you can trust that your needs will be met with precision and expertise.
- DRAWINGS & DETAILS We assemble your carefully curated project team for an on-site team meeting with our subcontractors, collaborating closely to create and refine drawings until we achieve the ideal balance between your vision and what’s feasible. Because the devil is in the details, once we understand your vision and have final drawings in-hand, we’ll get started on design selections that will ultimately determine the final project cost.
- FINAL ESTIMATE, CONTRACT & PERMITS Once we deliver a final estimate based on your preliminary selections and execute a contract with you, we will submit for applicable permits and set a start date.
- LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! Now it’s time to have some fun! We will snap a few “before” photos so we can capture the magic that is about to take place, and then our team will get to work reimagining your home. Trust us, it will be Epic!
